Pleats Please by Issey Miyake is inspired by the eponymous fashion collection of pleated materials in bright colors that follow the movement of the body. The fragrance exudes joy, a sense of color, movement and modernity. Designed by perfumer Aurelien Guichard. The scent opens with Nashi (a cross between apple and pear, where pear predominates). The heart is composed of peony, sweet pea and Indole (part of flowers). The base is patchouli, cedar, vanilla and white musk.
